Interesting triangular building set on corner. A true Free House featuring three ever changing guest beers, often including one of the ales from the local Rock Mill brewery, along with the regular Marston's EPA. There is also a selection of bottled beers, mainly from local micro-breweries. Ground level bar serves to two sides. Comfortable room off to one side which hosts the occasional live music. Upstairs is a well furnished cocktail & whisky bar that also features a single hand-pump, which often offers a duplicate of one of the cask beers on the downstairs bar. Beer festival held on the late Spring bank holiday weekend.
